If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any saleable, physical product within thirty days for a full refund, less shipping and handling.
All returned products must be in the same condition as you received them for the refund to be applied. No bent corners, scuffs on the cover, marks of any kind, or labels.
Returned books must be wrapped and protected with protective packaging.
Any returned books that are not saleable will be returned to you along with an invoice for the return shipping.
We charge a restocking fee for the When Mourning Dawns Support Group Guidebook and A Helper’s Guide to Grief: Presenter’s Kit.
Terms of Service
All payments are due upon receipt.
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed.
